Arc-26.01
PORCELAIN:
The Lingering Trace
Skin, before it is touched, is already a kind of clay. Soft, pale, waiting to hold a shape it did not choose. Its beauty is something fired slowly, fragile and something that can crack if handled without care.
Porcelain is built from this idea - not the finished vase on the shelf, but the raw clay before the kiln, cool and unglazed, still deciding what it wants to become. White Clay sits at the center, dry and mineral, the smell of something not yet alive. Petals drift close to it, faint, almost apologetic, like a compliment given quietly so it won't be believed too much. Musk stays underneath everything, warm, skin-like, the only proof that a body is there at all.
Shy, subtle, and sophisticated - like the quiet elegance of Asian women, and the gentle beauty of our own.
